About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and process benefits transactions, validating requests for enrollment, cancellation, and changes
- Identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with clients, insurers, and/or insurance providers
- Analyze inconsistencies in operational processes and coordinate appropriate resolutions
- Track billing processes, monitor invoice issuance, and investigate discrepancies
- Verify billing amounts, transactions, and information
- Analyze and track Life insurance claims through to completion
- Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, and process stages with insurers and/or insurance providers
- Prepare and analyze delinquency reports
- Provide operational support to clients and internal teams
- Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, KPIs, and SLAs
- Perform related activities as required by the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with operational processes related to Life Insurance and Pension products
