About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and process benefits transactions, validating requests for additions, removals, and changes, and coordinating corrections with clients, insurers, and/or insurance providers
  • Analyze inconsistencies in operational processes and direct resolution efforts to the relevant teams and clients
  • Follow up on billing processes, monitor invoice issuance, perform reconciliations, and identify discrepancies
  • Review billing information, amounts, and transactions, and coordinate necessary adjustments
  • Analyze and monitor Life insurance claims processes, reviewing documentation, forwarding claims to insurers, and tracking their completion
  • Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, and process stages with insurers and/or insurance providers, keeping clients and internal teams informed
  • Prepare and analyze delinquency reports
  • Provide operational support to clients and internal teams
  • Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, and KPIs, keeping controls up to date and ensuring SLA compliance
  • Perform related activities as needed by the department and as directed by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with operational processes related to Life and Pension insurance
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical skills, and resilience
