About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of low-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels
- Clarify questions and provide information about coverage processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits
- Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or reimbursement estimates
- Conduct market research and gather data for quotation forms
- Prepare reports and presentations featuring claims ratio indicators
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actions to continuously enhance customer service
- Perform related activities as needed by the department, including training, professional development, and guidance provided by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the insurance industry with health and dental insurance products, as well as knowledge of current ANS regulations
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
