About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead intermediate-complexity Placement projects by organizing scope, mapping risks, defining and executing deliverables, and establishing process milestones
  • Analyze and process portfolio data and current conditions to structure technically sound and financially balanced proposals
  • Conduct contract analyses and assess benefit policies
  • Analyze benefit coverage, service structures, access conditions, geographic scope, and quality indicators both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Send requests to the market, monitor responses, and validate proposals received
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and design or redesign benefit plans
  • Lead negotiations with healthcare providers and insurers
  • Conduct benefit harmonization processes
  • Prepare technical materials and comparative presentations
  • Identify and assess the impacts of proposed changes through financial and operational simulations
  • Manage Placement projects, coordinating scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and alignment between clients and the market
  • Perform related professional activities as required by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of health, dental, and group life insurance plans and market conditions
  • Experience conducting studies of insurable and non-insurable benefits
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, resilience, organization, prioritization skills, and business acumen
