About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels
- Answer questions and provide information about coverage processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits
- Conduct market research and gather data and information for quotation forms
- Identify the best terms and options for clients within the renewal timeframe
- Prepare reports and/or presentations containing operational and customer service performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and workflows
- Suggest initiatives for continuous improvement in customer service
- Perform related professional activities as needed by the department and as directed by the immediate manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
