About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of low-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels
  • Assist clients by answering questions and providing information about coverage processes for insured and/or non-insurable benefits
  • Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or reimbursement estimates
  • Conduct market research and gather data and information for quotation forms
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations featuring claims ratio indicators and quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Perform related professional activities as needed by the department, with support from training and guidance provided by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in the insurance industry with health, dental, and life insurance products, along with knowledge of current ANS regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
