About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of highly complex clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels
  • Answer questions and provide information about coverage for insured and/or non-insured benefits
  • Support requests and preliminary reimbursement calculations for expenses incurred outside the accredited provider network
  • Conduct market research and gather data for quotation forms
  • Prepare reports and presentations featuring claims ratio indicators
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
  • Perform related activities as required by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in insurance, with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
