About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build internal products including dataset review and QA interfaces, delivery-tracking dashboards, data viewers, and connected workflows
  • Own both user interfaces and underlying logic
  • Turn one-off scripts and manual steps into usable tools
  • Take ambiguous problems from conversation to quickly shipped v1 products
  • Iterate with real users across internal teams and AI-lab customers
  • Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and scope decisions
  • Build pipelines and APIs that package, validate, index, and serve ego datasets
  • Support petabyte-scale video and sensor data for delivery, labeling, QA, and model training
  • Ensure tools are reliable and accurately reflect data quality
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Operations team and Robotic Data & Deliveries TPM
  • Improve slow, manual, or fragile workflows across delivery, sales, labeling, and QA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years building software as a full-stack or product engineer, or equivalent impact
  • Fluency in a modern front-end stack such as TypeScript/React
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Node, or Go
  • Demonstrated experience building tools or products from 0→1
  • Strong product sense and bias to ship
  • Experience querying databases such as SQL or MongoDB
  • Ability to reshape or validate datasets
  • UX/design instincts and ability to build fast, clear, pleasant-to-use tools
  • Maintainable coding practices and strong ownership
  • Exposure to video/media or large-dataset systems is a plus, not a requirement
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence
