About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take features from design through implementation, testing, and production across frontend, backend, and integrations
  • Build internal products, dashboards, and workflow applications for labeling, capture, delivery, QA, and operations
  • Own backend services and APIs with permissions, retries, data integrity, observability, and background workflows
  • Package, validate, index, and serve large video and sensor datasets
  • Replace spreadsheet-heavy processes and one-off scripts with durable tools and workflows
  • Iterate quickly with operators and stakeholders, then harden validated solutions
  • Support data delivery, operations, research, and robotics/AI lab customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years building and shipping production software, or equivalent impact
  • Experience ideally in SaaS and startup/scale-up environments
  • Comfortable owning features across the stack
  • Modern frontend experience, such as TypeScript/React
  • At least one backend language, such as Python, Node, or Go
  • Experience designing and building high-throughput services for large-scale data upload/ingest, processing, indexing, retrieval, and access control
  • Practical database experience, such as SQL/PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Experience with production APIs, REST or GraphQL
  • Production systems ownership, including monitoring, debugging, and root-cause fixes
  • Clear communication with non-technical partners
  • Experience in one or more relevant areas such as internal products, operations applications, web/media or SDKs, data platforms, payments/revenue systems, AI coding tools or LLM integrations
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
