About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts in the assigned territory and through relationships outside the territory
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and meeting records using Salesforce
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts
  • Initiate the implementation process for operational hand-off and participate in implementation updates and progress
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new applications
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and account reactions
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying unmet needs
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and industry events
  • Achieve annual quota
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow HIPAA and information security requirements when handling protected health information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 7+ years experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of RCM functions is preferred
  • Comfortable in CRM pipeline management, Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in sales planning, territory management, and executing strategic growth initiatives
  • Proven prospecting and business development skills, including identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new client opportunities
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
  • Must use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information only in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Must understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Must limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum necessary to perform assigned duties
