About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute inventory-related supply chain strategy
- Execute the three C’s of supply chain: Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturers, distributors, and franchisees
- Own manufacturer and distributor relationships and develop operational processes
- Create and maintain supply chain forecasts, communicate demand, and optimize inventory levels
- Resolve inventory issues, perform root cause analyses, and execute corrective action plans
- Manage and track material activities from inventory planning through store delivery
- Assist in designing new processes and routines to improve inventory operations and drive efficiencies
- Assist with cost-saving initiatives by evaluating prices and optimizing the supply network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical, organizational and operational acumen
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong Excel proficiency and comfort using Excel and other IT systems daily
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving results
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, franchise, or F&B environments, ideally supporting multi-unit operations
