About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Welcome jobseekers referred to the LPR program and conduct the initial diagnostic interview
Co-develop a personalized action plan with each participant and monitor its implementation
Manage a caseload of approximately 40 to 50 participants, with objectives of returning to work or entering training
Lead group workshops on job-search techniques, CVs and cover letters, interview preparation, skills presentation, and digital literacy
Prospect for employers in the Albertville area, collect job vacancies, and organize introductions and job-dating events
Engage local partners to help address barriers to employment
Support participants as they start a new position and monitor those in employment or training
Update monitoring tools and prepare reports and progress summaries within deadlines
Travel occasionally within the Albertville area and to other sites in Savoie (Moûtiers, Chambéry, Montmélian), as well as for team or partner meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualification in Employment Support (vocational certification) or a Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, education sciences, or human resources
Proven initial experience in the same area of expertise
Excellent knowledge of employment, training, and workforce-integration programs
Proficiency in one-to-one support interviews and group facilitation
Knowledge of the local labor market (Albertville, Combe de Savoie, Tarentaise, Val d’Arly) and its hiring sectors, including seasonal employment
Ability to prospect for employers, present candidates, and negotiate introductions
Administrative rigor and ability to meet deadlines
Team spirit and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and videoconferencing tools
Proficiency in Verneil Formation’s internal tools: SI Emploi, Notion, and shared document repository (Synology)
Proficiency in the tools and platforms of the referring organization, France Travail
Proficiency with online resources: job boards, Plateforme de l’inclusion, and Pix
