About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, schedule and coordinate marketing communications and campaigns
  • Manage mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitor performance
  • Support website content and updates
  • Develop marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics
  • Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and educational events
  • Support the national webinar program from promotion through delivery
  • Produce EDM communications and other customer-facing content
  • Keep marketing activities and calendars organised and on track
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
  • Provide responsive customer support and manage enquiries through the national inbox

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing, communications or coordination role
  • Experience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpot
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Adobe experience highly regarded
  • A good eye for design and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Marketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services highly regarded
