About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

4–5 scheduled filming days per month at client locations in Hamburg and the surrounding area, with the option to take on more
Smartphone filming based on briefs and shot lists for Reels, short interviews, behind-the-scenes content, product and treatment footage, and event content
Work independently on-site as the agency’s representative
Deliver raw footage on the same day or the following day, clearly named and organized
Maintain task cards in Notion with statuses, links, and deadlines
Represent the agency when working with doctors, medical professionals, and practice teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Confident smartphone videography skills and a good eye for lighting, audio, and framing
Knowledge of social media content and an understanding of what needs to happen in the first two seconds
Own up-to-date smartphone with a good camera
Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor
Careful handling of sensitive medical content and adherence to boundaries (no identifiable patients without consent, no before-and-after images, and no promises regarding results)
Reliable and dependable
Nice to have: editing skills in CapCut or a comparable tool, a valid driver’s license, and English-language skills
