About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit social media content: Reels, TikToks, ads, interview clips, podcast cuts, and event aftermovies
- Turn clear briefs into finished videos using existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines
- Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or comparable tools alongside traditional editing
- Develop and implement hooks, transitions, and fast-paced editing patterns
- Create variations for testing: hooks, intros, and cuts
- Create subtitles in German and English
- Maintain your own task cards in Notion: update statuses, add export and preview links, and keep track of deadlines
- Produce content for clients in aesthetic medicine and the premium real estate sector for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly proficient in video editing, particularly with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with social media editing; this is not an image-film-focused role
- Experience with at least one AI video tool
- Understanding of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts
- Careful handling of sensitive content: for medical clients, strict guidelines apply—no identifiable patients, no before-and-after comparisons, and no promises of results
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Strong written German and English skills
- Two to three social media work samples, preferably self-edited Reels
- One or two sentences describing the AI tools used to date
