About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Edit social media content: Reels, TikToks, ads, interview clips, podcast clips, and event aftermovies
Turn clear briefs into finished videos using existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines
Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or comparable tools
Combine AI generation with traditional video editing
Develop and implement hooks, transitions, and fast-paced editing patterns
Create variations for testing: hooks, intros, and cuts
Create subtitles in German and English
Maintain your own task cards in Notion: update statuses, add export and preview links, and keep track of deadlines
Work independently according to defined objectives and meet fixed deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly proficient in video editing, particularly with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience in social media editing; this is not an image film-focused role
Experience with at least one AI video tool
Understanding of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts
Careful handling of sensitive content: medical clients have strict requirements—no identifiable patients, no before-and-after comparisons, and no promises of results
Structured, self-directed approach to work
Proficient written German and English
Two to three social media work samples
One or two sentences describing which AI tools you have worked with to date
