About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex client engagements helping marketers optimize and transform media, marketing, and operating models
Deliver measurable business value through strategic advisory, project leadership, and trusted client partnership
Own client engagements end to end
Lead delivery teams across multiple projects or markets
Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Develop strategic insights from data and market analysis
Maintain high-quality client service and delivery standards
Manage commercial aspects of engagements
Mentor junior team members and support capability development
Report to the VP, Client Solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in same/similar role
Strong consulting or advisory experience
Client relationship management skills
Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
Project leadership and stakeholder management experience
Analytical problem-solving capability
Experience delivering projects from inception through reporting
Ability to lead teams while maintaining delivery quality
Must already have the right to work in the US
Must not require, now or in the future, visa sponsorship
