Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Previous experience within Call Center Compliance and/or Quality Auditing, Claims Audit and/or Claims Processing required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
  • Primary home address must be in a state where Medica is registered as an employer: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
