About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support revenue operations through data analysis, reporting, revenue reconciliation, trend identification, and issue resolution
  • Research and resolve moderate to highly complex billing, claim processing, and reimbursement issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information needed to resolve revenue-related issues
  • Analyze recurring issues and identify patterns impacting revenue and/or operational excellence
  • Support implementation of process improvements designed to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy and efficiently document findings
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient accounts by following HIPAA guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies and consistently meet Level I key performance indicators for assigned tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma and 2 years’ professional experience required
  • College degree and medical billing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products
  • Must comply with the PBIRS Return-to-Office Policy if residing within 35 miles of the Conshohocken office
  • Must maintain a suitable workspace free from excessive noise and distractions
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the work day
  • Ability to move about inside the office to access files or office equipment
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls to operate a computer and other office productivity machines
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to communicate and converse with co-workers
