About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the product roadmap from concept to launch
- Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team
- Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones
- Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience
- Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives
- Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics
- Work with senior leadership, engineering, and operations teams to develop products enabling providers to deliver high-quality patient services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience
- Experience in building and launching interactive products
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
- Creativity, drive, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively across all levels
- A natural curiosity paired with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Residing in Istanbul
- Advanced level of English required for interviews and employment consideration
