About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team
Take features from requirement refinement through production release
Own, stabilize, and improve existing Angular codebase areas
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with Vitest
Create lightweight design documentation
Contribute to frontend architecture and platform health decisions
Improve performance, upgrade frameworks, maintain NX monorepo structure, and improve CI/CD
Build frontend experiences for AI-powered clinical and administrative products
Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing metrics that measure outcomes
Strong product and UX judgment
Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns
Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in production, including complex reactive flows, stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, and error handling
Expertise designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale
Hands-on unit testing experience; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable
Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
Ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents
Understanding of agent principles including context, tools, and feedback loops
Ability to structure code and documentation for effective agent use
Comfort working across the backend boundary, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer issue tracing
Intermediate English (B1+)
Fluent Russian
