About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end from requirement refinement to production release
Own existing Angular codebase areas by understanding, stabilizing, and improving them
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with Vitest
Create lightweight design documentation
Contribute to frontend architecture and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements
Build frontend experiences for AI-powered product features
Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow
Improve engineering processes and tooling across the engineering community
Work on patient-facing applications, internal tools for doctors and administrators, and AI clinical assistant and AI receptionist interfaces
Collaborate in a small cross-functional product team from discovery through development, release, and post-launch ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing metrics that determine whether it worked
Strong product and UX judgment
Fluency in modern Angular: standalone components, signals, current change detection and DI patterns
Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in real production scenarios
Expertise designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale
Hands-on experience with unit testing (Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable)
Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
Ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents
Understanding of agent principles including context, tools, and feedback loops
Ability to structure code and documentation for effective agent use
Comfort working across the backend boundary, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer troubleshooting
Intermediate English (B1+)
Fluent Russian
