About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release
Own existing Angular codebase areas by understanding, stabilizing, and improving them
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with Vitest
Create lightweight design documentation
Contribute to frontend architecture and platform health decisions
Improve performance, perform framework upgrades, and maintain NX monorepo structure
Improve CI/CD
Build frontend experiences for AI-powered product features
Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling
Analyze product metrics to assess feature outcomes
Work on patient-facing applications, internal tools for doctors and administrators, AI clinical assistant, and AI receptionist products

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing metrics that indicate whether it worked
Strong product and UX judgment
Fluency in modern Angular: standalone components, signals, current change detection and DI patterns
Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in real production scenarios
Experience designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale
Hands-on unit testing experience with Vitest preferred or Jest acceptable
Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor
Ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents
Understanding of agent principles including context, tools, and feedback loops
Ability to structure code and documentation for effective agent use
Comfort working across the backend boundary, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer troubleshooting
Intermediate English (B1+)
Fluent Russian
Full overlap with CET working hours
Experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features would be a plus
Deep understanding of responsive design would be a plus
Proficiency optimizing web application performance would be a plus
