About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Professional and disciplinary leadership of an established team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
- Responsibility for a short- and medium-term roadmap aligned with the long-term product strategy
- Coordination of the roadmap with divisional management and all relevant stakeholders
- Definition of the organizational framework and methodology for product management in collaboration with other team leads
- Continuous optimization of product management processes in line with an agile approach
- Further development and definition of product management roles
- Creating an environment in which employees can develop their strengths and potential
- Representing Meierhofer AG at trade fairs, customer events, and workshops
- Ensuring efficient internal knowledge transfer relating to newly developed products
- Serving as a point of contact for Sales, for example in connection with tenders
- Implementing the product strategy in patient management, medical and performance controlling, and billing
- Shaping the digital transformation of the hospital sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Leadership experience and hands-on professional experience in an agile product management environment
- Good understanding of business processes in patient management, medical and performance controlling, and billing
- Market knowledge and professional expertise in digital healthcare IT products are a plus
- Experience with Azure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software projects is preferred
- Strong conceptual skills, commitment, and appreciative communication
- Excellent written and spoken German
