About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find, brief and pay creators and pages at scale, and retain high-performing partners
- Seed products into relevant formats and communities at the right time and volume
- Identify emerging formats, trends and memes and act on them quickly
- Run frequent low-cost growth experiments with clear success criteria
- Turn winning experiments into repeatable playbooks
- Identify new low-cost attention channels, including fan pages, communities and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the Growth Manager to scale organic winners with paid media and apply paid learnings to organic growth
- Analyze growth metrics, including saves, shares, views and cost per view
- Build trackers, scripts and automations using platform data and AI tools
- Work directly with the founders, Growth Manager, product team and data team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student or recent graduate
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Experience growing an account, page or side project, or supporting a startup or brand on social media
- Interest and ability in creator marketing and native content
- Creativity and structured experimentation
- Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets
- SQL, Python or AI tools are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Being a creator or having run pages with a real following is a plus
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree at a top-tier university
- Outstanding academic record, demonstrated through grades, scholarships or awards
