About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the organic growth engine end to end, including creators, formats, trends and performance metrics
- Find, brief and pay creators and pages at scale, and retain high-performing partners
- Seed products into formats and communities where they can spread
- Identify emerging formats and memes and act on them quickly
- Run frequent low-cost experiments with clear success and kill criteria
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks
- Discover new low-cost attention channels, including fan pages, communities and emerging platforms
- Coordinate with the Growth Manager to scale organic winners through paid acquisition
- Feed paid-channel learnings back into organic growth
- Measure reach, engagement, saves, shares, views and cost per view
- Build trackers, scripts and automations using platform data and AI tools
- Work directly with the founders, Growth Manager, product team and data team
- Help new products achieve viral reach across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in organic growth, creator marketing and social
- Hands-on experience from a startup, brand, app, creator agency or own channels
- Multiple demonstrated viral breakouts for a brand, app or own channels
- Ability to explain why campaigns worked and what they cost
- Experience running creator or UGC programs with many creators simultaneously
- Experience negotiating creator rates and writing native-content briefs
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts distribution, hooks and format lifecycle
- Creativity combined with disciplined testing, small budgets, kill rules and metrics
- Ability to track reach, engagement and cost per view using own data
- Spreadsheet proficiency; ideally comfortable with SQL or Python
- Ability to automate repetitive work with AI tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Being or having been a creator, or running pages with a real following, is a plus
- Interest in media, entertainment, gaming or social is a plus
