About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level administrative support to physicians within Molecular Imaging Therapy Service (MITS) in Radiology
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Prepare professional documents, including memos, letters of recommendation, correspondence, and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or administrative setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, QGenda, Coupa, and Epic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective communicator, skilled at tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to shifting priorities with professionalism
  • Collaborative team player, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals
  • Decisive and proactive, making timely decisions that keep operations moving forward
