About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside the Enterprise IT team to support employees with everyday technology needs
- Help set up and maintain laptops, accounts, and applications
- Assist with support requests and learn to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Contribute to IT documentation and projects tailored to your experience and the team’s needs
- Collaborate with colleagues across MEMX and gain insight into how Enterprise IT supports the broader business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Interest in IT support and workplace technology
- Experience solving technical problems through coursework, projects, prior work, or personal interests
- Ability to work in person at the Midtown Manhattan office during the summer
- Permanent residence in one of MEMX’s approved states for remote work during the internship: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
