About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery
Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to the specific audience
Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met
Work closely with product managers to align projects with strategic objectives and deliver customer value
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience delivering projects with technical teams
5 or more years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems (nice to have)
Experience in the financial services industry or a related field (nice to have)
