About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population
  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy through in-person and telehealth modalities
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure as an LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT
  • Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) strongly encouraged to apply
  • Prior telehealth therapy experience preferred
  • Weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred
