About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and process 0-1500 kilometre export claims.
Prepare regular quality statistics and reports for executive management in Wörth and Aksaray.
Monitor monthly targets and report progress against them.
Coordinate structured problem-solving activities through the ZEUS system and regular quality meetings with responsible stakeholders.
Conduct root-cause analyses with affected departments and participate in or coordinate task force teams (PLP).
Represent Quality Excellence in relevant product and non-product projects.
Investigate and manage field claims related to operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Good written and spoken German and English.
Knowledge of lean management principles and structured problem-solving methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant Daimler Truck IT systems (QSYS, DVS, and e-MST.).
Experience in automotive component or product design (nice to have).
Experience working in international, cross-functional, and cross-location teams (nice to have).
General vehicle knowledge and familiarity with plant processes, products, and production operations (nice to have).
Strong communication and influencing skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach (nice to have).
