About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Customer Services & Parts (CSP) Directorate, supporting the planning, governance, and monitoring of the area’s priorities
  • Coordinate and monitor the Directorate’s key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and materials for leadership forums, the Board, and committees
  • Serve as the interface between local and international stakeholders (LAMEA), promoting alignment, effective communication, and follow-up on action plans
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and organization of the area’s strategic information, supporting executive discussions and decision-making processes
  • Coordinate and monitor work packages related to the strategic Business Resilience and Revenue Growth programs, which have significant financial impact
  • Support the area’s strategic planning and executive events
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention, proposing actions to support strategy execution and achievement of the Directorate’s objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to lead meetings and prepare materials in English; an oral language assessment will be conducted during the interview with Recruitment & Selection
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, coordinate, and monitor multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership, including VPs, directors, and managers from different areas
  • Ability to ensure the quality of deliverables and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
  • Ability to lead executive forums, prepare decision-making materials, and conduct structured follow-up of action plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Experience with or knowledge of After-Sales operations, including processes, KPIs, and related areas
  • Experience with Business Resilience, Revenue Growth, Operational Efficiency, or corporate transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in global, matrixed corporate environments
  • Knowledge of project management and transformation methodologies, such as PMI, Agile, or similar frameworks
