About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, organize, and maintain a centralized content hub serving as the single source of truth for RVPs and program teams
  • Drive playbook adoption across the field by developing rollout strategies, tracking usage, and iterating based on feedback
  • Partner with program leads to develop and refine communication cadences that keep field teams informed, aligned, and engaged
  • Support launch readiness for new programs, initiatives, and tools by coordinating training, materials, and rollout timelines
  • Monitor technology and sales tool adoption, identify gaps, and build campaigns to improve usage
  • Contribute to sales tooling strategy by surfacing field feedback and documenting needs
  • Track enablement metrics and produce regular reports on content engagement, tool adoption, and program readiness
  • Work with the Client Development Operations team, program leaders, and RVPs to provide field teams with tools, content, and training
  • Simplify complex ideas into actionable guidance for a field sales organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a closely related field, ideally within financial services or a distributed sales organization
  • Proven ability to design and manage content libraries, playbooks, and communications for a field sales team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines without constant oversight
  • Experience with project management and enablement platforms and CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
  • Collaborative ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams without formal authority
  • Genuine interest in the wealth management industry and desire to grow within a market-leading firm
  • Experience supporting a geographically distributed sales organization (preferred)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design (preferred)
  • Exposure to sales methodology frameworks and conversion principles (preferred)
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours
  • Basic technology needs will be provided for a professional office or dedicated home office workspace
