Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
2 or more years of experience originating bridge loans
Minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3m
Established book of business
Excel, Word and basic computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High motivation and a proactive mindset
Collaborative approach and team-player orientation
Critical thinking regarding risk and quality of assets originated
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams
Must be authorized to work in the US
