Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient bilingual speaker in English and Turkish
Native or near-native fluency in Turkish
Business-level written English
Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress
Strong written reasoning
High level of attention to detail
Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information
No prior AI/ML experience required; training provided
Nice to have: based in Türkiye or the wider MENA region, though applicants elsewhere are welcome
Nice to have: experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
Nice to have: background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing
Independent contractor status
