About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents
- Own throughput, quality and expert performance for the German (Germany) cohort
- Manage delivery across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR
- Manage distributed teams of senior professionals
- Oversee quality control and review workflows
- Meet daily delivery targets
- Collaborate with leading researchers on AI training and enhancement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years running delivery programs, ideally expert-data, AI training or professional-services operations
- Native or fluent in German
- Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
- Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals
- Experience with quality control and review workflows
- Experience meeting daily delivery targets
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor
- H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported
