  • Label prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial levels
  • Evaluate AI model responses against a defined policy standard
  • Judge whether model responses handled technical requests correctly
  • Write reference answers and explain the technical reasoning behind them
  • Distinguish routine professional questions from requests with potential misuse intent
  • Produce written rationales that non-specialists can understand
  • Read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience assessing real exposures and real process hazards and signing off on controls
  • Relevant background such as certified industrial hygiene, process hazard analysis, toxic release and dispersion modelling, ventilation/containment/PPE programme design for chemical hazards, or regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of exposure assessment, sampling strategy, and control banding
  • Experience with HAZOP, LOPA, what-if studies, and management of change
  • Experience with consequence analysis and AEGL/ERPG criteria
  • Knowledge of PSM, Seveso, COMAH, OSHA, or national equivalents
  • Ability to write challenging single-turn prompts labelled benign, dual-use, and adversarial
  • Ability to evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard
  • Ability to write reference answers and technical reasoning
  • Strong writing skills; every judgment must include a rationale understandable to a non-specialist
  • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal; applicants should include a sample or link
  • Must not use classified or export-controlled information or information covered by an NDA or prepublication review obligation
  • Relevant red-teaming experience is ideal
