About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Review provided input files and each model's reasoning/thought process
  • Explain why one output outperforms the other, citing legal accuracy, soundness of reasoning, and client-readiness
  • Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior
  • Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions
  • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent law degree — or equivalent professional legal experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience practicing or researching law
  • Experience may be in a law firm, in-house, government, or judiciary setting
  • Strong experience in legal research and legal writing, including case-law analysis
  • Excellent written communication with high attention to detail
  • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
