Requirements
What you’ll need- Corporate M&A legal expertise
- Experience reviewing legal-benchmark tasks in corporate M&A
- Ability to adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics
- Ability to perform structural quality control across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents
- Experience with data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks
- Ability to review tasks containing 10–100 source documents
- Independent contractor status
- Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT support
