About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create realistic, nuanced oncology tasks and scenarios, particularly involving clinical trials

- Maintain high standards of clinical rigor and accuracy
- Complete credential verification for license status, fellowship completion, and current practice
- Collaborate with a leading AI research lab through Mercor to train and enhance frontier AI models
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD or DO with a completed fellowship in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Currently practicing in the United States and seeing oncology patients
- 3+ years of post-fellowship experience in the current role strongly preferred
- Active involvement in or direct experience with oncology clinical trials as a PI, sub-investigator, or treating physician
- Deep familiarity with clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, FDA, and RECIST criteria
- Ability to articulate clinical reasoning clearly and precisely in written form
- Strong attention to detail when evaluating the accuracy and safety of AI-generated medical content
- Must not be a radiation oncologist, surgical oncologist, or oncologist not in clinical practice
- Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
