Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps and document them clearly
Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends
Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones
Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
Excellent written communication and ability to give clear, constructive feedback
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace
Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows (nice to have)
Experience working with distributed or remote teams (nice to have)
Background in a relevant technical, editorial, or analytical domain (nice to have)
Must be an independent contractor
