Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience shipping production search systems, especially agentic search systems
- Experience owning relevance or retrieval for systems used by real users
- Experience quantifying impact and improvements in search systems
- Experience building systems related to agentic search
- Experience scaling data infrastructure for modern search systems
- Ability to discuss search quality, evaluation, and tradeoffs from real systems
- Must complete a 25-minute conversational interview
- No coding or take-home assignment required
