Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years editing professionally in film and TV, commercials, broadcast news, or creator and social production
  • Own deliverables end to end
  • Fluent in at least one professional editor: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
  • Basic color and audio cleanup skills
  • Comfortable with delivery specifications including resolution, frame rate, codecs, audio channel layouts, and frame-accurate cuts
  • Strong plus: library of unpublished original footage personally shot and fully owned
  • People appearing in footage must be willing to sign an appearance release
  • Submit a resume and a link to a reel or portfolio
  • Complete a short AI interview about editing background
  • Answer questions about available footage, ownership, and consent for use
  • Not open to residents of California
  • Must be able to work approximately 12 hours per week
  • Must be engaged as an independent contractor
  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
