About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts
Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
Follow recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Perform multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when required
Contribute recordings to training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems
Voice recordings will be used exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent
Complete an approximately 4-hour recording session, with a possible second session of similar length
Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America
Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent
Clear, natural, and expressive voice
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
Availability for a single approximately 4-hour recording session, with possible additional session
Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent
Prior voice-acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required
Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred
Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred
Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles is preferred
Independent contractor engagement
H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
