About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts
  • Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
  • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
  • Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
  • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style
  • Contribute recordings to training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems
  • Provide voice recordings exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America
  • Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent
  • Clear, natural, and expressive voice
  • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
  • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
  • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
  • Availability for a single approximately 4-hour recording session, with possible further session
  • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent
  • Independent contractor engagement
  • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported
  • Preferred: customer support, contact center, CX, TTS, audiobook, IVR, or AI voice dataset experience
  • Preferred: familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
  • Preferred: ability to deliver conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm vocal styles
