About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
Partner with internal stakeholders to produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators
Identify areas of improvement in current operations and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations for complex business challenges in the Fintech space
Own the UX/UI experience delivered to users across multiple data products
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools
Identify business data needed to produce useful insights and future analytics
Communicate findings and recommend data-driven operational improvements
Support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex data and reporting projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Experience with SQL is required
Ability to work on problems of a moderate scope requiring analysis of varied factors
Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices
Ability to apply learned techniques to solve problems
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Preferred: Experience in a SaaS company or Fintech
Preferred: Familiarity with Sigma
Preferred: Python or R experience
Preferred: Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks
Preferred: General experience with Claude or other AI-powered analytics tools
Preferred: Experience with Agile or Kanban project methodology
Preferred: Experience with Databricks
