About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage existing key accounts and scale overall bookings
- Oversee the strategic direction, operational objectives, and overall management of the Account Management team
- Accurately forecast quarterly results
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Build strong, productive client relationships
- Provide high-impact leadership across teams
- Direct, manage, and supervise sales support functions
- Lead efforts to achieve maximum sales revenues and corporate targets

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of relevant sales leadership experience
- Ability to provide guidance to subordinates within established MeridianLink policies
- Ability to recommend policy changes and procedures affecting multiple disciplines
- Ability to manage departmental financial performance and P&L responsibilities
- Experience hiring, firing, conducting performance appraisals, and pay reviews
- Experience managing first-level managers and supervisors
- Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce allocation
- Ability to develop and manage operational initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors, customers, and functional peer professionals across multiple units
- Ability to partner with external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and present results and recommendations across disciplines
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test
- Must provide documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States
