About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, creation and execution of CRM campaigns across various communication channels
- Set up and create email, SMS and push messages for various campaigns
- Ensure timely campaign execution
- Support the creation and implementation of sportsbook and casino promotions
- Work closely with central and local teams to develop effective customer journeys
- Plan and execute A/B tests
- Use test results to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven campaign decisions
- Work with the content team to optimize campaign messaging
- Identify new content opportunities for CRM activities
- Perform quality assurance checks before campaigns go live
- Review journey setups, site content, newsletters, banners and other promotional materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an online betting business, preferably, or in a similar role within an online business
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, creativity and a collaborative and resourceful approach to work
- Very good English language skills, written and spoken
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
- High attention to detail
- Customer focus
- Keen interest in sports and betting
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
