About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end execution of complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects
Plan, schedule, and drive technical roadmaps across software, hardware, and embedded systems integrations
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog management
Coordinate dependencies, deliverables, and timelines across Product, Software, Firmware, Hardware, and QA teams
Identify technical risks, operational bottlenecks, and scope creep, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage resource allocation and workload planning across concurrent technical tracks
Define and track project performance indicators such as cycle time, release predictability, and sprint burndowns
Communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Foster accountability, operational excellence, and Agile best practices across the engineering organization
Bridge Product Strategy, Hardware, Embedded Engineering, Software Development, and Quality Assurance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master roles within tech-driven product environments
Proven track record managing projects in software engineering, embedded platforms, connected devices, or hardware-software integration
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with practical experience tailoring frameworks to multi-disciplinary technical teams
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, or Notion
Strong ability to map complex cross-team dependencies, manage technical trade-offs, and solve operational blockers
Excellent communication skills to align technical teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
Professional English level
Ability to work on-site at the Barcelona office 3 days a week
Nice to have: previous experience in HealthTech, IoT, Consumer Electronics, or Hardware/Software tech scale-ups
Nice to have: technical background or degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
Nice to have: Agile or Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe
Nice to have: familiarity with hardware/software release cycles and production handoffs
