About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters
  • Handle estate litigation and other matters as required
  • Join the existing disputes and litigation team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
  • 3–7 years’ experience in a Litigation practice
  • Experience practicing law in Ontario
  • Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Wills and Estates litigation experience is a strong asset
  • Real estate litigation experience is a strong asset
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
  • Engaged in business development
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
